Nuno used his extensive knowledge of the guitar to design each of the N-Series guitars with an extremely fast neck with easy access to the higher frets. A Duncan ‘59 and a Lawrence L-500 in the bridge make this reverse headstock marvel wail. Nuno Bettencourt, Dimebag Darrell, Roger Waters, Bootsy Collins, and Jennifer Batten have the distinction of being some of the few artists ever to be honoured with a Washburn signature model guitar, as shown on their signature series pages. For over one hundred years, Washburn has built more than just great guitars, they’ve built a history.

Steve first developed this at Hamer in his famous black metalflake SS2 guitar that had his signature written in pink largely across the upper position of the body, where your arm would rest. It also had multiple pink buttons for the effects. Paul Stanley from Kiss has collaborated with Washburn to create a signature series of electric and acoustic guitars designed by Paul himself. The Washburn PS7000 electric guitar features a mahogany set neck and mahogany body, a rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays, 2 Egnater humbucker pickups a tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece.
